1. Who We Are

Oddsight Ltd (England & Wales) is the data controller for personal data collected through the Oddsight platform. Contact: privacy@oddsight.com.

When you import betting history, we extract: date, bookmaker, league, match, bet type, selection, odds, stake, result, and payout. We do not collect bookmaker login credentials, payment card details, or personal messages.

3. Third-Party Processors

  • Neon — database and authentication (EU data centre)
  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We never see or store your card details.
  • PostHog — product analytics (EU-hosted, anonymised)
  • Vercel — hosting infrastructure
  • Microsoft Azure — document intelligence for parsing imported betting statements (UK South region)
  • OpenAI — data normalisation and conversational analytics. Your data is not used to train OpenAI models.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. After account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time

6. Cookies

Oddsight uses only essential cookies for authentication. Analytics cookies (PostHog) are only set with your explicit consent via the Privacy settings page.

7. AI Transparency

Oddsight uses AI systems to analyse your betting patterns and generate risk scores. These include:

  • A 100-point harm score generated by automated analysis of your betting history
  • Document parsing to extract data from uploaded statements
  • Pattern detection to identify timing, stake, and league trends

These systems assist your understanding — they do not make decisions on your behalf. You may request human review of any AI-generated assessment by contacting privacy@oddsight.com.

8. Changes

We will notify you of material changes to this policy via email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
